Bombardier CRJ200 Business Jet - VIP
The Bombardier CRJ200 business jet is available in two different
versions. The first version of the CRJ200 business jet, also referred to
as the CRJ200 VIP, is a commercial CRJ200 converted into CRJ200
business by redesigning the interior. This type of the CRJ200 business
jet has become more common place as more CRJ200s are retired by
airlines. There are few companies in the market that provide services to
upgrade CRJ200s into CRJ200 business jets, UNI GROUP ASIA JSC as agent of K’AIR Holding with base in Holland is the marketing and sales arm in South East Asia of one of this few companies.
The second version is the Bombardier CRJ200 business jet built by
bombardier, called the Challenger 850. In 2005 Bombardier introduced the
Challenger 800 series jet to the market. The Challenger 850 is a
business jet built from the CRJ200 platform. All of these CRJ200
business jets are business jets from the start and have not been used in
airline service.
